You will need to uninstall the older version of the Ecash Manager and install the newer version

Select Card Number “All”, Transaction Type “All” and View Type “Database” and check all the transactions that appears in the list.

Just check the View Type “Card Only”, this will set the Ecash Manager to read only from the cash card

The Ecash Manager could not detect the Cash Card

Answer :

Download the lastest software update and if the problem persist, it is likely you are using a older version of the E-Key reader that is not supported anymore.  The older version E-Key reader has two retangle status LED instead of one.

Question:

Can I get a replacement for my faulty E-Key reader

Answer:

The E-key is under 1 year warranty.  You could bring the E-Key reader along with the Warranty card to ADC office for replacement.  There will not be any replacement if you could not present a valid warranty card.

Could I request for someone from ADC to come to my office to repair the E-key reader

Answer:

We do not provide on-site support services.  You could bring the faulty E-key reader along with the warranty card to our office.
